Review

With a progressive selection of sounds, Purified Records releases its May edition of the well-known Purified Fragments series.

Spanish producer Ian Ludvig demonstrates his skills as a producer with two tracks, conjuring up a soulful soundscape with „In My Mind“. In „Try To Escape“ Ludvig proves that he is able to combine impressive vocals with powerful production to create impressive tracks.

With „Nerve,“ Austrian producer LEOLEO combines reverberating bass with soaring synths to create a soulful chord suitable for live sets around the world.

ANASTASiiA and Ihr Track „Spiral“

The highlight of the compilation, however, is US-based producer ANASTASiiA with Ukrainian heritage. She takes off with her sound going into a heavier dynmeric sonic universe and generates attention from the fan with her progressive trance influenced peak time number „Spiral“.

She takes off mightily with her track „Spiral“, venturing into a harder dynamic sonic universe that nevertheless doesn’t break with the familiar and universally loved Purified sound schemes. ANASZASiiA generates with progressive house beats and sound layers interspersed with pulsating trance elements unrestricted attention of the fan. The extended version, which I also find on this sampler, provides with its even more dynamic forward driving beats for boiling dance floors.

About ANASTASiiA

Inspired by melodic house and techno beats, ANASTASiiA’s musical journey began at the tender age of 5 when she started creating melodies on a small electronic toy keyboard. This sparked her passion for music, which she would pursue convincingly later in life. ANASTASiiA’s musical storytelling is influenced by real life experiences that lend authenticity to her sound, evoking strong emotions in the listener and fan.

Apart from that, ANASTASiiA also seems to have the unique innate ability to present music in different styles while permanently developing her consistent brand with high recognition value – a factor that makes this artist a musically fascinating personality to keep an eye on. With big dreams and lots of energy, ANASTASiiA aims to positively influence music fans with her music and is well on her way to establishing herself as a recognized force in the contemporary melodic/progressive house genre.

ANASTASiiA came to the United States in February 2018 and attended the famous Ultra Music Festival in Miami in March of the same year. After that, her world changed for her. She had been dealing with music for ages, but this intoxicatingly intense atmosphere of the Ultra Festival had a profound impact on ANASTASiiA’s musical thoughts and actions.

ANASTASiiA tells us further: „Originally I wanted to become a singer, but actually I was never quite sure whether this is ultimately the right thing for me. Subsequently, I took a DJ course in Kiev, which motivated me in an unhappy way. I also placed immense importance on immersing myself in underground music culture, and so Ultra Festival opened up a world for me that showed me where I belonged musically. After that, I was highly motivated to start developing my own sound and building my DJ skills at local gigs.“

ANASTASiiA life motto is beyond impressive:
